Sectie 1 - Verzending
Club Ocean stelt verschillende manieren van levering voor volgens het land van bestemming.
Als om welke reden dan ook geen verzendmethode beschikbaar is voor een bepaald land, is de levering van onze producten in dat land niet mogelijk.
De verzendtijd is 24 tot 48 uur voor Europa en de totale levertijd (verzending + routing) is 7 tot 15 dagen.
Een extra vertraging is mogelijk in het geval van levering buiten Europa of een mogelijke douaneprocedure.
CLUB OCEAN offers several delivery methods :
- DHL International Express (68.40€)
- Express shipment with tracking (10.95€)
- Standard shipment with tracking (8.95€)
This last delivery option is offered for all orders over 49€.
Section 2 - Delivery not possible
De levering van onze producten is alleen mogelijk bij het huis van de klant, wiens adres correct is aangegeven en wiens naam aangegeven op het moment van de bestelling komt overeen met de naam die aanwezig is op de mailbox/intercom. Delivery in a relay point or in a post office box is considered impossible.
Elk niet -naleving van deze regels maakt de klant en de particuliere bezorgservice extern voor Club Ocean uitsluitend verantwoordelijk in geval van verlies of leveringsprobleem.
CLUB OCEAN can in no case be held responsible for a delivery failure due to an error of indication at the time of the order.
Section 3 - Return
Neem contact op met de klantenservice op het volgende adres om een product te retourneren: contact@clubocean.co zodat we u de documenten en het adres kunnen geven dat nodig is om de procedure te starten.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Depending on your address, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
Als u een item verzendt ter waarde van meer dan $ 50, raden we aan een verzendservice te gebruiken waarmee u de verzending kunt volgen of verzendverzekering kunt kopen. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
Section 4 - Return Form
Om een retourprocedure te starten, neemt u contact met ons op via contact@clubocean.co en geef ons uw bestelnummer (ontvangen in de e -mail van de bestelbevestiging) en uw volledige naam.
